This page explains the relationship between ABEO Foundation and ABEO Financial Group.
CORE DISCLOSURE
ABEO Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to financial education, research, and community programming. ABEO Financial Group is a separate for-profit organization that may provide professional financial and business services. Participation in ABEO Foundation programs does not require the use of ABEO Financial Group or any affiliated service provider.
FOUNDATION ROLE
The Foundation's website and programs provide general education and information. They should be governed for public benefit and should preserve the independence of educational content, research, participant access, and public communications.
FINANCIAL GROUP ROLE
ABEO Financial Group may offer separate professional or commercial services under its own terms, eligibility standards, disclosures, privacy practices, fees, and regulatory obligations.
NO REQUIRED REFERRAL OR PURCHASE
A person may use Foundation resources, attend a program, make an inquiry, volunteer, partner, or support the mission without becoming a client of ABEO Financial Group or purchasing any affiliated service.
NO IMPLIED ENDORSEMENT
A reference to a company, professional, product, public source, partner, sponsor, or service does not automatically constitute endorsement. Any material relationship should be disclosed accurately.
SPONSORSHIP AND CONFLICTS
Funding, in-kind support, shared personnel, or other relationships should be documented and managed so they do not control research conclusions, educational content, access, or referrals.
